Upon acceptance of Dowell recommendations, appropriate servicing and coverage arrangements are made with the Commercial Lines Unit, whom then coordinate with Customer Support personnel. The result is not a standard procedure to which the client must adapt, but rather a customized unit selected and developed to respond to the clients specific needs. Dowell then evaluates and monitors the selected insurance program on a continual basis in order to maintain continuity.
